In this particular case, the Padre refers to Jairo Arcila, the patriarch of a coffee growing family of farms near Quindio Colombia. The Hijo is his son Felipe, a fourth generation caficultor actively maintaining his family’s legacy.

As is the wont of Cutbow, we have blended two extravagant world-class coffees together to offer a truly unique cup experience.

From el padre, a natural processed Gesha – rich flavors of sweet and syrupy treacle, macerated ripe berries, and a silky body.

From el hijo, a complementary washed Gesha – delicate floral aromas, bright and vibrant acidity, with a sparkle of citric bergamot.
