Our favorite place in the coffee rich country of Costa Rica is Tarrazu. From high in the Talamanca Sierra comes the finest coffees on earth. Always bright and floral, brimming with the prized sweetness Costa Rican coffee is known for. Adding to the overall character is a rich creaminess of medium body. Our roast approach is specifically targeted to accentuate these inherent qualities. The sweet spot for this coffee is found on the lighter side of the medium spectrum, where full development in the roast produces the optimal cup experience. ¡Pura Vida!
