Decaffeinated – 12oz

Decaffeinated coffee often gets a bad rap, and coffee lovers who prefer not to caffeinate are unfairly left out in the cold. We believe decaf can be delicious, and is held with the same high regard for quality as all of our other offerings. We only carry Water Processed decaf, which is healthier than the chemically decaffeinated alternative. We roast our decaf a touch darker than most of our other coffees. This is because decaffeinated coffee tends to exhibit a somewhat saccharine, artificially sweet aroma and sour flavor when it is under roasted. We take this coffee to the point where aromas are softened and sugars are sweetened to create full depth of flavor with exceptional cup quality. Tell all those “Death Before Decaf” folks they’re missing out.
