Tres Ritos is named for the area near a favorite fishing spot between Mora and Taos New Mexico. (The exact location will remain a secret) This blend a is a fine example of one that is greater than the sum of its parts, accomplished in part by roasting each component separately before being blended “cold”. Perhaps more importantly, each coffee is roasted specifically for this blend utilizing a slightly different roast approach than the respective single origin targeted roast profile. The art of the roast, learned through repetition and achieved through intuition, results in a delicious balance of aroma, acidity, body, flavor, and finish. (That’s no secret)
